GB.
Just had a Tegiwa brake stopper land on the doorstep It was recommended to me,so be interesting to see if it makes any noticeable difference. If it stops raining tonight I'll try and fit it,then it's braided lines next, then pads, then discs, then..........................then..................you know how it goes
GB.
Just got in from fitting the stopper, really straight forward but I did have to lose the bracket what holds the electrical connectors,so cable tied them on,might be able to still use it mounted to the stopper but I was running out of light so I have another look tomorrow.Got early start in the morning so will test it out on empty roads tomorrow

GB.
The quest continues, my Hel brake hoses turned up today, so put the front ones on when I got home. They made them with out the mounting brackets as my shocks have no fixings for them, haven`t driven it yet but the pedal feels better. Also ordered one for the clutch but it is to short so will be on the blower in the morning
GB.
Replacement clutch hose arrived today, this time the correct length,if you order one of these the length between the two mating faces needs to be 355mm,the first one they sent was 60mm short!I have a vacuum bleed kit which makes life a lot easier bleeding brakes and clutches, previously the pedal bit very low and on inspection of the fluid it was black(I've come across this problem before with Ducati motorcycles, normally a sign of contaminated fluid caused by leaky slave cylinder) any how I continued and fitted the hose and bleed the system(changed all the fluid while I was at it) and the pedal feels a lot better and its biting point has moved up,so I'm thinking the slave cylinder might going home as we say in Norfolk.I'll see how it drives through traffic tomorrow. GB.
Well had another tinker today, not much as I haven't been well for a few weeks after being in hospital for a while. Wandered into halfrauds tonight looking for some new speakers as my door ones are virtually knackered, collared an older member of staff and asked him if he could match some up to my original ones I brought in, he said "they are all out the back I'll have to go get them" so 15minutes later he wanders back with a half a dozen boxes. The ones I thought would fit were to big,but he had another box which wasn't any I'd seen on display, he took em out and they matched perfectly for hole centres they were JBL something or other, bloody nice bits of kit mind you,I said "how much are they?" "dunno I'll have to scan them as they are not listed" Imagine my delight when they didn`t scan and he said "what do you reckon £15?" "I'll take em!"they fitted straight in after cutting the back plastic off the door mount to allow for bigger magnets and the difference is phenomenal! Great staging as the tweeter aims upwards and I've kept my standard tweeters too.Lets hear it for the old people £$!!£$£!!
