Adam this is some great advice.. thanks.. i am doing a complete oil change this month and wanted to know following on from this write up you did.. would this oil be suitable... from Opie Oils... Mobil Super S 10W/40 Super, semi synthetic motor oil.. 2ndly i think my gearbox needs some oil... when i change under hard acceleration from 2nd to 3rd or down.. it seems to not want to go into gear.. thinking it might need some fresh oil.. before i look at the clutch and the gearbox.... so would this oil be good for it.. and how many litres would i need???? Millers 75W/80 GL5 Gear Oil thanks to opie i want to buy this but not sure if how much i need and if they are the right oils for my car..

thats a sweet ride there man.. certainly a favourite now.. and most definitley a COTM runner right there!!! 1"£££$££"!
