Iridium will also burn through your piston if the tip breaks off too if im not mistaken.
-
This is year I plan to drive it again, it has munched up all I've thrown at it effortlessly..
-
Why iridium? I prefer a good platinum tip spark plug.
A lot cheaper and you can change them more often. Around £10-15 per set.

Looks good.
Try getting like a painters brush from the pound shop so you can really agitate the cleaner in the grooves and awkward areas of the engine.
I love to give the sides and suspension turrets a good polish too. WD40 also does a great job of cleaning the bay and keeps the plastics looking shiny.

I think the accord type r engine is h22a7 with the lsd box too.. 212 bhp, lots of torque but very long gear ratios!
They do drink a lot too..
They are just mental with a turbo, a quick set up can see 350/300 easily.

The one day of decent weather and I can't find my polish to get the car looking clean!!!!
-
I am a named a driver as the mb is not always used by me.
£650 - I thought that was a good quote personally as everywhere was showing 800 plus..
That's with admiral.
12 years ncb. No claims or points.
Would be cheaper but Birmingham aint a great area!

oh cool, my mate was looking to sell his 04 with 60k.
-
Still after an ep3 ??
-
Osram nightbreakers are very good.
As with 99 per cent of things nowadays, there are most likely cheap china copies floating online!
Be sure to get a genuine set from a reputable retailer!
Was night and day difference when I fitted to my Ep3!
-
Sign upto CTRO forum mate,
some nice ones on it.
Stock ones are holding very good value and that's because they are great cars out the box!
Ive had a few previously. Couple of my mates have still got theirs and reluctant to let go!

You should be able to get a similar model from a private seller for around £5k
Late 05/55/06 Premier with around 60k.
Try to get one with Air Con, Sat nav and fogs. AC at the minimum!
Will help with the re-sale when you look to sell it in future.

Very very sad to hear this,
my thoughts are with you and your family dave.
-
Looks smart and a tidy set up, 0.5 bar - talking probably about 250 bhp, 220 ft lbs torque ??
-
the new mot certificates have the previous few mot mileages on them now too..
-
with just a little spacer you should be okay, but bigger ones then its wise to use spigot rings and extended studs.
-
you will be fine with the ride on the ep3, what you have to remember is that they love a tyre with a hard sidewall -- such as bridgestones or similiar.
it is not very harsh, mine was on coilovers and it was fine. Friend had a stock ep3 and that drives nice.
A lot of the harsh ride comments are from the reviews when it was new, the dampers/springs will have seen wear now and will be a little better.
the sat nav is an optional extra, quite rare but not the greatest tbh.. there were a few different options including a normal stereo and 6 cd changer in the boot or the din panel below the headunit.
Premier is the best,

people always want a tin top not the other way around!
-
just test it on some grass pal,
rev it up n let go of the clutch!
if the diff is working well, should leave two lines..
if the diff isn't working will only leave 1 line pal.
you can test it on tarmac too but may wear your tyres out abit.

Most car places can copy the key using your original too.
£25 is a bargain though!
