    It's plastic paint mixed with all the thing you need so you just spray it on! very hard wearing, just finished the a pillars, i'm getting very good at this spraying lark! got the nack of it! i alway do 9 coats so should protect it even more!

    Integra GSR so bit of a upgrade lol,,,, it cost £1.04 lol that why i got it! Bargin for a new unit! It changed the sound of vtec engaging too

    Bought myself a new vtec solenoid off a Integra GSR! it is new (mint!) condition as it was only used for a few hundred miles! All installed,,,
