Auto glym training i didn't even know they did that. Could do with going on that myself. Its the first big wash/detail it needs once that is done ill be able to keep up to it. Just been to collect my tyres off john should have these fitted on my freshly powder coated vtis on tuesday

Had a spare day today so gave the car a wash and began to polish it If any one fancy's giving me a hand to valet, colour cut,polish etc any time let me know, i am absolutley shocking at detailing and just get cranky Ill return the favor and even travel!!! with my box of cleaning products which i dont know how to use any of properly

Thanks for all your offers guys, Shame your all so far away you do seem to be hoarding them I bought a set of standard vti alloys + tyres for £50 off of 10000rpm (thanks dude) on here The tyres aint brilliant but its only until monday. My vti-s's have had the tyres removed and are in for powder coating will be collecting these friday/monday. Krzys- I tried everything in my power to buy the wheels mate,But i just couldn't beg, borrow or steal enough Was abit p/o once i had the idea in my head I would have loved them.

Right guys i know it's a long shot but im gonna be abit of a cheeky t**t lol The thing is i have just bought some really good 4 matching tyres for my m off my mate (with the volvo's) so ill be wanting to put them on pretty soon. Although i could get tyres put straight on near enough im wanting to get my vtis powder coated or ill paint them either way there gonna be off the car for a week or so. Soooo i dont really want to have to buy another set of wheels just for the sake of a week or two i dont really have the space or money to do this. So does any one have any old wheels what so ever that i could borrow for a week or two (4x114) ? I will return the favor and i would be very grateful It's worth a shot

Thanks lads! I got it off of a oddysey import in the scrappy along with the loom and switch etc. I did manage to blag it and say it was an aerial , im sure you guys know how much these can go for when you can actually find one ! mega bargain!!!!!! I havnt wired it up to the switch though, I have wired it up to a rear window switch in my centre console, as i have peasant spec with no rear leccys I would have liked it on the pole switch but it wouldn't fit any where where it would have looked factory. A bit of an update too. Changed plugs to bosch quad electrode, changed oil and filter also gave it some slick 50 as a preventative measure. Im thinking timing belt at the weekend dependent on the weather.

Well i have been busy yet again over the weekend with a mod iv'e wanted to do for ever Ill let the pictures do the talking, Added a short video too, at the beginning of the video the missus decided to faf with the switch Thats why its jerky. Any way here it is Going to do a mini service tonight hopefully so there maybe another update! I like to keep busy

this Was abit tricky with all the bends, Your best bet is to make it outta cardboard first, make sure it fits then transfer it to metal (like in the first pic) and take your time of course . Yeh it might make a little difference once its all finished and the lid put on.

I wouldn't bank on it i made a right dogs dinner of the last thing i made in carbon

Thanks mate! Yeh im Going to do it in carbon but gotta make it outta something else first to make some sort of mould as it curve's at the front if you look close enough. I will also have to weld some angle cleats of some sort to mount to it. Once this is done ill probably throw that and other various engine bay brackets in for dipping an powder coating.
