  1. Looks really well mate the wheels really suite the colour i think. The roof looks good too, Different! is it a vinyl or paint. Not toosure on the bonnet and lights but hey!.. its your car Keep up the good work.
  2. Yeh mate i did but they made it look too high even though it was lowered. Im not into big wheels full stop and like i said the offset wasn't quite right and i can be picky with stuff like that I think in the flesh it has a much nicer stance on the fanblades, and they were designed for the m. Thats gotta be a plus hasn't it
  3. i was thinking of something like this im just not sure weather it would look a tad ott
  4. water pump maybe? had a similar prob on my old eg
  5. Thats one of those mods what you like on other peoples cars. I couldnt bring my self to do it to my own though Abit like the rat look
  6. im so Sorry to hear this dave my thought's are with you. R.i.p Dawn
  7. Thats a shame i didnt even know i had it. It was given to me buy a honda nut who is no more with other various mags. I was chuffed when i found it
  8. Looks good mate do you have to drill them holes your self or are they pop out i cant remember.
  9. Thanks pal! i gotta get try this pretty soon before i go throwing money at it.
  10. Yeh i have just found a 4.5 "k&n at a decent price so it looks like it will be one of them. At least its a decent quality product
  11. Yep they were fitted to my car (above in the link) They looked ok but always wanted something different the offset wasn't quite right in my eyes. Yes you will need spigot rings, i struggled to find these the exact right size, also you will need conical nuts and not the oem acorn honda fitment ones. They never rubbed on full lock with 205/60/16 and mine is 30mm lower than standard. I hope that clears things up a bit with the crators they are a nice wheel just not to my taste. All was not lost they now live on my old mans v40
  12. hmm yeh! i would really like the mushroom type one as i can clean, oil and then replace the internals without having to buy a whole new filter. Aswell as being foam, a few freinds have had nothing but good results with running these type of filters.
  13. I would cut i hole and put it back in as said above. This is what i plan on doing with mine. (also a d14)
  14. Hey all im after a new filter for my whale p***s i recently purchased off simpo but it is proving hard to find one thats 116mm/4.5". I would like to find a good quality one i had a hks mushroom or apexi but they seem to only be 80mm. Is there specific ones for the WP? I would use a silicone reducer but cant even find one of them the right size What have you guys fit or if you could point me in the right direction Ta guys!
  15. I have an mb2 aswell. Although i am going down the route of buying a good quality used one off a teg, mb6 etc etc as and modifying it to fit. I can see that being a hell of a lot easier than trying to mod a universal plus you have quality parts from the start and dont have to change it again
  16. Also a simplified step by step of removal and installation here off of auto data for the d series.
  17. Ahh right.i best be getting some be getting some ally and make some templates and see how it goes. Hope ya dont mind me copying your idea shadz!
  18. Cool mate, thanks for that! ill give it a try at the weekend hopefully and let you know how it goes.
  19. great build mate cant belive its the first time i have read it Were the winglets an m specific product or were they meant to fit an eg/ek ??? i think they could be a future shopping list addition
