Ah ok, once the entries are in then. Look forward to it, some good cars owned by people on this forum, and I like this as a way of showing appreciation of peoples cars. -

And how do we vote? -
That is looking great! Paintwork is very good, and some nice reflection shots. Great backdrop for the new pictures too.

What you really need is some of the regenerative dessicant bags. We used to use them in my old job, packaging for engines to absorb moisture, and they can just be warmed to dry out and be used again. They tend to come in a sort of brown/pink coloured bag, and I am sure I have seen them on ebay before.

Certainly is a bargain, I had a set of 4 16" SuperTs on my old Renault about 5 years ago. They cost nearly £700 with tyres, and are now pushing about £900 for four of the same.

Car looks mint! Its a credit too you, and you have made some very good and interesting mods too. Are they OZ SuperTurismo alloy wheels?
-
Pretty sure thats the case from everything i have read.
-
dont think so, at least not directly. You would probably have to get some of these: http://www.tegiwaimports.com/alloy-whee ... ptors-397/

Yep, it's called the Direct Flow Lever Taken from the manual, page 115: "Switch the direct flow lever up, turn the fan switch on and outside air will flow directly through the centre vents, by-passing the heater. This will help keep your face cool without losing the heating function to the rest of the interior"

I figured I would do one out of curiosity, and the fact I am running it on super unleaded, and dont think it was before. Will also be doing another in the next month or so after some breathing/air intake mods.

Thats cool. I thought it would have to be like that, as I doubt it starts without the fuses. But figured it was best to check lol Thanks mate

Ok, so I have done some searching, and found this: After much Googling about resetting the ECU a variety of answers come up. None which seem to fully apply to the MB6 as usual Some of the literature says that Honda ECU's have a fuse that says "back up" or a fuse that says "ECU" and you should remove these. The MB6 has both After trial and error today I got a good result from the below. After getting the car warm I shut her down and took out the "ECU fuse 15A" and the "Back Up fuse 7.5A" Left it 10min Started the car and just left her idling, you're supposed to leave it till it settles down to a smooth idle, [i left it idling for 10min as the fan activates after a certain point and it gives a chance for the fuel trims to include this]. Shut the car down and started it back up straight away. [This is supposed to save the new fuel trim settings]. My question is, when do you replace the fuses? i.e at what stage? I presume it is after leaving the car for the 10 minutes? If anyone can confirm this, it would be great, as I dont want to do it wrong.

Liking the Aerodeck, and the bikes look cool too. As boring as it may sound, but I reckon a nice sparkly anthracite/gunmetal colour will look ace for those wheels.
-
Same question from me
-
I wondered this as well, but thought it was more to do with the air con. If i put the air-con on, with that lever in 'white' it doesnt seem that the air-con cool air gets through as well as when i put the lever in 'blue'

Or more exactly, having a different coloured number plate recess. I remeber seeing an old EF Civic, where the number plate recess was in black, but the car itslef was silver. It looked pretty good I think, and wondered wheteher people thought it would look any good on a Titan Silver MB6. Opinions please. Thanks

Ah ok, I may see how much getting a key programed costs, before I go buying new receivers etc. Thanks for the info though, its an option
-
No clues as to what these new bits are? Tense moments lol.

Couldnt decide which section this would be best in tbh. The ignition keys for the MB6, si there anything in them? i.e. immobiliser chip etc?, or is it literally just a blade with a rubber handle? Was looking at getting some new keys cut, with a more modern key. Anyone know this? Typically, I think I just found the answer to this. It contains a transponder chip which needs programmed to the car. Is that right? And if so, does anyone know how much that costs?

I havent read much about the ITR box, but I take it that K&N goes straight in it? The ITR box looks good mate, bet you cant wait to fit it.

I actually think it was believe it or not!
