  1. Lol you must have made that deal with someone else mate..I am not that kind of person haha
  2. True mate.. Grill end is the hardest. It just gets so wrinkly by that end. I had to keep stretching it but in the end I had to settle with a few wrinkles but its still not too bad
  3. Bump Strips aren't too hard apart from the rear bumper one. All the others I just measured them and then cut the wrap a little bit bigger put it on and then just cut it using the blade.. Easy

  6. Haha love carbon Mr. B you know that . Quarter panels have no bubbles at all but rear windows do have some bubbles and a few lines but I am still happy with the result. Saved me at least £90 doing it myself . Might try it again later on at some point.
  7. Thanks mate..this been done for a while. I did them slowly one thing at a time. So didn't feel like a big job
  8. Thanks mate..Its the first attempt . Its not perfect by any means but good enough for personal work
  9. Bonnet is the hardest mate. Specially as you get to the end it gets more and more wrinkles so you have to stretch it more. I got a few wrinkles at the bottom near the grill but its good for my first attempt and for all the money I saved doing myself
  10. Haha. Dave gave me the inspiration for the Carbon to be honest but I wish I could do what he is doing to his mb2 with all the Carbon Dipping..Ah one day Thanks buddy. I tried and my wife helped a lot so credit goes to her also
  11. Thanks mate. Na I did it myself. Didn't do a perfect job as there are a few lines and bubbles at the ends but I am happy with it for my first ever go at window tinting . Rear screen is next but I am scared lol

  22. Good advice mate..Auto trader has got mostly 1.6 aerodecks..thing is i am not in a hurry to change as I love my MB2 and I have done so much effort on making it look like the way it is..but now I know that insurance won't be much different if I get a VTI so I am more tempted to buy one..but I know it will be an Aerodeck for sure and it will be 1.8 for sure ..I think I will wait and hopefully something will come up that would be in good condition and good price...I don't mind travelling for it as it's the far ones that are cheap and well looked after
