  1. Thanks a lot. I see these all the time here. The 1.4,1.5,16 are seen more on a daily basis. The VTi's are the kinda RARE ones around here. I have only seen 3 on the roads since me arriving here in Germany in 2012. I have seen several for sale on the interwebz though.
  2. if you plan simple and start small, it leave room for bigger and better improvements. at least I think so. I might look for 16in rims locally and see how I like them.
  3. Oh yeah you bet. I am going to do my inspection here 1st and then try them on. The laws here for cars being too slammed is crazy. If the car is too low the TUV (kinda like your guys MOT) will fail the car. It used to be for Americans; you could have your car anyway you wanted as long as it was safe to drive on the roads. While I am at it I want to ask about all this MG180 or MG200 suspension stuff I see in people's post. What is that all about? Is it an engine code?
  4. Yeah, its kinda like "BigFoot" always talked bout but never seen. I was told they didn't sell well in the UK but other countries in Europe it did well.
  5. I have never dealt with anything bigger than 16in, but I guess on a wagon it would look nice. Maybe something in the 215/45/17 range. I dunno. I have a boat load of 15in rims in my garage that I am getting ready to re-finish, and I cant let them go to waste
  6. Well I usually ride very low in my Hatch and 4 Door. But I am not planning on slamming this wagon. Just a nice drop. The good thing is they are 32 ways fully adjustable with dampening. I will try them out.
  7. One of the 1st things I did was clean the car. Sorry there are not that many pictures of this process, but you get the idea. I used a mixture of Wool lite dark, Ariel laundry soap, water, and a steam cleaner to clean up the seats and carpet. Pulled the seats out OMG!!!!!! I am sooooo rich!!! 1 Free Euro. So In reality I only paid 998EUR for the car. Score for me. I still needed to get this to pass inspection so I knocked out the brake rotors and pads. And man let me tell, I am glad I did. Theses things would make a baby cry just by looking at them, but I guess this is normal for European salt roads. All done. Even though they grip sooo much better I am contemplating upgrading to a bigger rotor and caliper. That's all for now. I have a OEM VTi VSM front lip on the way. Should be here soon.
  8. Lets get right into this shall we. Been building Honda's for 14yrs, but this is my 1st Aerodeck build. Its going to be slow and more of a mini-build. As some may know I am the newbie who just bought their 1st MC3 2.0i TD Aerodeck. Always wanted one so I made the purchase for 999EUR. Not a bad deal as the car has no significant body damage, or other REAL issues. Nothing that my experience as a Honda head cant handle. Heres what I plan to do: Lower the car Freshen up any worn out or damaged suspension parts Clean up the brake system Add a rear sway bar new rims and tires ( not too sure if I want a 15in or 16in tire/rim combo) New radio Seat bracket/sliders for my Recaro seats And basically fix what I deem needs to be fixed. As I stated its going to be low cause I want to get it right the 1st time. Plus I am building up my Civic Ferio K series as well. That's a whole nother beast too. So stay tuned cause its going to get started really soon!!!!
  9. Hmmm.... well I am at the in-laws this weekend. maybe when I get some free time I will try them out. Once I figure it out I might post some pics up. Thanks for the heads up gents.
  10. So I am very new to these models (100% Rookie up in here) I am curious about this. I have a set of Apexi N1 Dampers that I have in my garage just sitting there. I loved them when I had them on my EK hatch back home in Arizona and on my Ferio. So my question is this: Can I fit these coilovers from my EK chassis to my M Chassis with no problems? I have been looking around but cant seem to find the right answer or I am putting the wrong search words in. Any advice would be great. Thanks in advance.
