  1. You can't run antilag on roller bearing turbos though.. It'll be f**ked. The shafts aren't built to withstand the pressure, a normal shaft on a non-roller turbo are thicker and tougher as they centralise the propeller unlike the roller bearing ones which are spacered Turbo got VTEC, yo!
  2. Like Nick said their obd2 with obd1 plugs so when the guy looks he will see an obd1 plug and ECU but the actual wiring and stuff is obd2 spec if you get me?
  3. Being as a it comes from an MB it should be a straight swap over
  4. From My email I got back from him, interior has "Age related marks on the interior, exterior has a scuff on rear bumper (See photo) but rest is straight, two owners from new, minor MOT failure due to Ball joint, rear caliper drag and EMS light on"
  5. Adjusted my post. You live and learn!
  6. You sure its 2B? Most M's are OBD0 I stand corrected OBD2 with OBD1 Plugs from what I read on here? You can get jumper harnesses OBD2B > OBD1A which Rywire make in the US. but if you've got a 2B car you're going to need to either swap the whole loom or you're going to have to make a jumper harness yourself Obd2 ECU's are: P72 : 96-00 OBD-2 Integra GSR P73 : 96-00 OBD-2 Integra Type-R (JDM & USDM) P74/75: 92-95 OBD-1 Integra LS/GS P75 : 96-00 OBD-2 Integra LS/GS P2N : 96+ OBD-2 Civic HX Coupe P2P : 96+ OBD-2 Civic EX Coupe P2E : 96+ OBD-2 Civic DX Coupe P2M : 96+ OBD-2 NZ Civic SOHC VTEC P2T : 99+ OBD-? Civic Si Coupe P5P : 97-00 OBD-2 Prelude Type-S (JDM ECU)
  7. That's a great idea, maybe look at an OE Cat or a sport cat. Then again the exhaust place should be able to point you in the direction?
  8. Should be a OBD0 like Jack says
  9. Well Jack's (Sleeper) my boyfriend Yes Its turbo'd with a T3/4 Hybrid running 1.2 bar with Suzuki vitara pistons, eagle rods, high angle cam (Realllllyyyy lumpy idle, sounds like a Scoob!!) and a balanced crank and retarded timing by like 3-5°. It had like 420ft/lb, used to hit boost then crossover to VTEC all the way. Had a Hondata though as it was converted to OBD1 with a P28 ECU
  10. I was talking to Jack about the Deck and the break drag. Ordered a new caliper this morning. But have seen another deck for £300 with 125k but needs a few bits to fix it up.. A Rear caliper (WTF is with these? Were these made by Rover?!) A lower ball joint and "Emission Failure: EMS Light On" The latter is an easy fix.. Take the bulb out? On a more serious note, there's a guide for EMS light on here, right? but the other two are about £120~ worth of bits (£18 for the ball joint and £102 for the caliper, £30 of which is returned) + £30-50 for the MOT which is like £450~ for a 2001 Deck.. Is that a good deal? Its got Tax til July and no rust either
  11. It'll bolt right up to the old mounts and the loom is the same aslong as everything is the same spec wise and you haven't got proper VTEC on one of the blocks Like the z6 as you'd need the VTEC loom too (not sure about i-VTEC?), physically the blocks are the same and if you drop the catafold off and bolt a 4-2-1 up you'll get better power out of it . Always do I/h/e. The D Series are great little blocks, Sleeper's z6 which is going in was over 250hp before it was pulled out the old ek. You can... ITR box with a Pipercross filter or a decent cone like a Pipercross or an Apexi which are foam (Stay away from eBay specials, K&N cotton fiber types or halfrauds as they start to implode when clogged). Smoothed and polished throttle body, manifold and backbox should be a bit better. Not sure if your current 1.5 ECU will work very well with the new block?, do you get all the loom/ECU with the d16? Or is it just bare bones? Because the fueling might be off or ignition being 100cc less although the same bore but the strokes different, right?
  12. Should have ramped the pressure up on your tyres.
  13. Octane or go home. Cetane is for whimps
  14. Think I read somewhere on here the ones most people use are Ring (the brand) ones. What's broken on them?
  15. Ahem! Miss! Not sir. However.. Me and Sleeper (Jack) both come from Walsall but now live in Aberystwyth for Work (We're both PhD students so have to lecture undergrads and occasionally give guest lectures at Brum) I know a lot of Bilston got lost with this ban on Chinese lanterns, the £1 shops gone out of business too
  16. That's how the R34 MFD is but in a cowling on top of the dash. Looks smart. I'd rather it be hidden away because we have to Go to brum/wolves a lot..
  17. I'm stealing your picture for his GoogleDrive ok? I'll upload it so he can take a look. Moving the switches would be perfect, an almost OEM look may be possible if done neatly.. He has OCD so it should be
  18. That looks viable, obviously the clock could be on the tablet and the other buttons could be where ever.. Who needs hazards anyway
  19. From what he said to me he wants to chop and fibreglass the dash basically moving most objects downward to give enough space for the 7inch tab and behind the tablet he'll mount all the bits needed to send the signals. KITT would be cool but this tablet is bad enough as is without anymore crap
  20. Don't want to buy it tho.. But it might help your cause
  21. Put your pics on PhotoBucket and embed them on here, instagram isnt loading.
  22. Common issue with most Hondas! Pop the light unit out dry them out and reseal Around the edges of them with RTV silicone and let them dry. You can even go extra and heat them cut the old sealant out clean with spirits and then reseal again
  23. Thanks! I'll keep an eye out in case anyone posts
