Headlights are going for about 30 plus delivery from people on Facebook as I was gonna by a blacked pair the other day but decided not to.

Would 16s be more a problem with then being bigger wheels? The et difference is only 2mm so I suppose that's not but would the diameter cause more of an issue?

I can't compare them to a stabdard set up as I haven't driven one but these are soft compared to my eg which was set pretty stiff on koni coilovers and they were bone shakers so they are certainly softer than I'm used to but I don't think it feels any softer then it should be. Granted I wouldn't buy ta technics personally but meisters are beyond my reach and these are already on the car which will never see a track or anything to pressing.

Just checked my other alloys that I have in my garage. They are 16x7 et 37 but the tyres ( even though they are bald) are 205/55 so I might slap two on on the weekend and see how they sit at that size but I'm not sure what size they would need as all I have even bought is 195/55/15. Mega unsure of what to do! Buy the others/ put mine on or just make do with standard which I don't want but its just easier! First world problems

How hard is you suspension set up @Dexter? The pic of you poking your finger into the arch makes it look as if the tyres are veerrrryyyy close to the lip and the cheap ek coilovers on my deck do have a bit a bounce on them as I assume the spring rate probably isn't optimum for the weight of the deck.. This is meant to be my new family but i that doesn't mean I don't want it to good (better) but when the babu arrives and I'm forever loading the car up or what have you I don't want to have to worrying about the tyres rubbing is all

They are indeed 15x7 and have 45 profile tyres on them as well....so many conflicting opinions! Do you have any pics of how your's sits @fyfie5?

I'm gonna just give them a miss I think I have some 16s in the garage that might fit, just need to find out the et tomorrow as the internet is giving me nothing.

Having seen the info above and seeing the standard et is 55, would I run into any problems trying to fit 15s that are et38 on a deck that's quite low (unsure his much in mm but it's on ek coilovers and tyres are tucking)

Just seen this posted on civiclife and haven't seen it posted on here so thought I would!

I had a quick look at this on my mc2, looks the same as my eg civic that I tried to do. You have to get inside the front wing (this is on my eg mind, as said looks the same) by removing it to expose the molex connector that links the door wiring to the inside the car. Open it up and see if there is room on the connector to drill out any empty slots grouped together and then feed the cable through front their into the car and back into the door. Its a pain in the a*s and on the eg the cable were in such a tight cable tidy I couldn't get the new wiring through so just gave up.... Other option is to drill the door and body and fit grommets and run new cables that way.

Now just to sort the rest of the niggles out...!

Sorted! 2.2omh resistor fitted where the picture shows, follow reset procedure and it's gone!

Doesn't matter as it won't pass without an airbag present anyways so I'm gonna have to quickly hunt down a standard wheel and airbag quickly! And where he got a resistor too small I don't as finding one as small as 2ohms seems impossible locally for me without going online

No as there's an after market wheel fitted with airbag removed. Was told there was a resistor fitted but the reset didn't work e end though all lights came on/off/flashed right so I need to know where this resistor would fitted so i can confirm if its there or not. Not really sure where I'm meant to be looking for it..

I'm unsure as I forgot I had it until earlier but it has the silicon joins which would help if they are different I guess, might try it on at the end of the week after its had the MOT done...if I can find somewhere local that sells 2ohm resistors to get rid of this srs light!

Ok so I've got a BMC CDA left from my old prelude (4th gen VTEC). Could this be used on my mc2 without ill effect over the currently cone filter?

This is very worrying as the mc2 I bought the other weem has done this to me three times now from cold. Pull off, light throttle and its almost like it has a rev limiter fitted, just hangs around 3k rpm and pops away, no power. Did anything come of changing the lambda as above? I'm starting to regret buying this car already I think.

These turned up today. Quite a tight fit but for £20 I don't think you'd find any better that are an actual fit!

Hi guys. Just uses the guide on the site to reset the SRS light and it did what it was meant to do and then the light still comes on when the car is started. Was told the car had a resistor fitted when I bought it but it needed resetting.... If I did have one fitted, where would I find it? Do I need to remove the wheel??
