  3. After fitting I will have a vertually new Japspeed stainless 421 manifold probably for sale only used to drive from notts to Leicestershire.
  4. Fair enough I'll give it a miss then. Still big month Feb, tax/insurance fit new stainless manifold and cat (old 1s effed )drive to Leicester get stuff fitted and try not to go to fast and crash it on the way home lol.
  5. Going to dynodaze in Feb hopefully should be able to fit all being well. I'm going to buy a t3t4 from toyo just incase the eBay one is crap as there is a small amount of lateral play in the inducer/exducer but no contact with the compressor housing.

  8. No they want £3000. It costs £3500 all in at ktr with about £300 for mapping but that's for my 172 cup. I'm gonna ring I've spoken to him last year and I think he was £25 hr labour for appox 3 days and I can't remember the mapping costs but dyno was £30 a run. like I said though that was last year prices.
  9. Does anyone know of any tuning garages that fit turbos. I've tried dynodaze by email and no reply yet and cpl racing jokers want! Get this £3000 for fitting the equipment alone and haha £400 for mapping what a ripoff c×+t. Now it cost £3500 to get the clio cup done just drive your car to somewhere like ktr and it's all done equipment fitting the lot including equipment plus only £250odd for mapping.
  10. I've been informed that the ecu and wideband sensor gets here this Wednesday then hopefully I'll have the funds ready in a few moons and I can get it done. Then I'll do pics and a video of it running on dyno. just hope the tab don't pack up because my new phone is poo.
  11. Got the ecu adapter loom today good grade wire and the chocolate blocks are good plastic. Looks fine and as long as the wires are all in the right place its a bargain at £13 instead of the £120 it would have cost me. Then again it could just turn the internals into externals lol.
  12. I was hoping in the region of 200hp. Anything more until I sort new brakes and suspension is just too much for it to handle Imo.
  13. Already in the pics mate 550cc injectors aem fuel rail high flow fuel pump. Read the thread Hi everyone. Adjustable verneer pulley lightweight fly 6 paddle series 3 clutch already got manifold and don't need an adapter made as it's made for the turbo.aem standalone ecu obd2a-obd1 adapter oil cooler. Catch can arrived today 3ltr baffled and drainable. Can't remember owt else but just read it it's all there.
  14. Td04 turbo mid range low boost. Not much top end but good through the useable range.As far as I know. Any thoughts?.
  15. The z6 is 114 hp thw w4 is 125 hp I don't know why! but I'm positive it's the same block. And as far as I know the w4 is the most powerful standard d16. You see a lot of z6 on YouTube because I think it's the most common d engine. In America anyhow.

  19. The cooler is really solid feeling no sh1te welds anywhere the connectors and hoses feel and look good and durable it's not in yet obv but I'm not expecting any probs from it.and at under 80 delivered! a bargain seeing as a cooler half the size is 3x's the price from other places.
  20. Let's see then you may not have the turbo yet but do you have the injectors, intercooler,high flow fuel pump,ecu?
  21. If you're running a turbo then you will need to cool the oil or your engine will seize at best and blow up at worse. Or you can do what Clarkson did with that starion on topgear and keep stopping every few miles to let it cool down until it brakes.
  22. Just as a reference but there are more on there same price or not much more.
