  1. That's true mate, but if it's coming through the heaters that's the only place it can be from. The foam seal under the panel is really fragile and if there's a tears it basically drips right into the fan. I'm guessing he sealed around the screen and the top bit when the panels back on. Then again I could be wrong and he's sealed that aswell
  2. Krzys - he said he's checked the drains... on the post above yours If it's coming through the heaters and your not loosing coolant is not going to be the heater matrix, it's probably the seal under the scuttle panel letting water drip into the fan. Lift the scuttle panel and check the seal under it.
  3. Bigger front arb gives more understeer Bigger rear arb give more oversteer Just need to find a good match for your driving style. On my previous EK saloon, I had a 26mm front and a 23mm rear arb and the handling was spot on for me. This was with coilovers and about 1.5degree camber on front and 2.5degree on rear. Think main reason cars come setup for more understeer than oversteer is that the general public can handle understeer easier. Most people who loose the rear around a bend tend to go backwards into oncoming traffic lol
  4. If it's the td04 off a scoboy, they have an odd 3bolt flange iirc. You might have to have an adaptor made if so. It's a decent turbo for a d16 tho, they spool relatively quick. Just get decent size injectors and a good map and you should be laughing.
  5. D16z6 is 125bhp D15z6 is 114bhp I believe your engine is effectively the same as a d16y8 but was stamped different for mb. D16z6 is most commonly used for boost because of the compression ratio being low so can take boost. Really good street setup tbh, but depends on what turbo you use.
  6. D15b vtec is 130bhp If you change heads, itl lower compression (only good for turbo) Change head internals using your head, and get it mapped. Changing gearbox makes it much better for acceleration, as eco engine uses longer ratio gearbox. Imo its not worth the money to do the head change as after mapping you could have probably changed complete engine and gearbox for d16z6/y8 for less
