Ry4nC
I've changed the heater resistor and it blew again, but that's not the issue atm... my interior fan keeps squeaking and it sounds like loss of power every time it does it! It's not all the time.. only when it's cold but if I keep switching the fan speed from 0 to 4 repeatedly, it stops.. can anyone tell me what the problem is? A bearing? New fan? noodels
Sounds like the bearing is failing,it could cause the resistor to overheat and blow if its sticking I recon.I would remove and inspect the motor, and or replace
Chandler
as said above, fans should fit from EG's and EK's
dr_broon
Definitely bearing going. Happened to mine for a while before it filled the car with stinky smoke.Had to whip it out in a hurry!
