scottravenhill
Thought so but strange how it looks really old as if it was original
scottravenhill
Had car checked a few weeks ago for rattles, the nsr arb link wants replacing, grg is sourcing parts first for me before i take it back. i told him the rear arb was not standard on these and might have to get an MG link, he said he gave his parts supplier my reg etc and they are listed for our civics. CONFUSED?
johngreen537
MB6 hand MC2 both have rear arb as standard mate!People only change to the MG one as it's larger and stiffer than the MB one!
scottravenhill
oh right i would have bought it if I knew that! suppose its worth it when you lower it more than if its on standard springs.
scottravenhill
ive heard people saying the links are hard to get hold of, i dont believe this for one second, there seems to be loads around....
wezza9
the links that are hard too get hold of are for the MG arb not the honda (i had to find out because i got a 2nd hand one with out one link then i got a full new one from the same seller)the MG ones are £26+p/p but the MG arb is £30 or £40 brand new with two new drop links and two new brackets not sure how much civic MB6 drop links areMG arb 20 mm diahonda MB6 18 mm dia honda ITR 20 mm dia ( as comparison )( i think that is correct )the stiffer arb reduces under steer and allows less roll in the corners its not much money for new drop links and thicker arb new bolts are the only pain but even halford sell them i used it with standard springs and it turns in better

KiNK43
I bought drop links for anEk saloon. They are the same as mb standard. And are like 12 quid a pair on ebay. same problem couldnt find mb specific at the time. Had mine on over a year no problems other than they get a bit rusty looking quick. johngreen537
I bought the MG rear arb, as it's cheaper than buying new ARB bushes for the Honda one!
