Raz s Posted September 18, 2012 Share Posted September 18, 2012 Looking good mate, not too far away from me either ill keep an eye out on my travels . if i remember rightly eg shocks are a fair bit shorter. I think i have also read that standard eg shocks and springs would lower the car quite alot, although i wouldnt advise this as the spring rates would be different. i tryed a set of eg 60mm lowering springs i had lying around on my m and it was way too low so settled with a moddest 30mm drop. Guest Posted October 8, 2012 Share Posted October 8, 2012 well finally got my springs on, will put some pics on later when i get home, all i can say is f##k me, its low. keep catching my flaps on the floor. also put a mb6 rack on as needed new one for the mot so has full 12 months on now. yay. only thing is the missus still dont like it so i think its time to say bye bye and let her get something sencible for now untill i can afford another project.
