When the engine is off, they are wide open, when the engine runs, the solenoid closes and shuts odd the butterflies till 6k.When you start the engine, you should see the vacuum plunger moving....If it's not moving, then there is an issue. I'd say you are likely to have IAB issue, rather than fuelling.X2 i had Iab problem and i thought i could hear the 6000 sound change but it felt like there was no go in it wasn't till the dyno showed i was 25bhp down and found the iab solenoid was f***ked! got a new one and all is good! pulls like a train at 6000+ now and the sound is very loud on crossover Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
