shebabby Posted February 5, 2012 Author Share Posted February 5, 2012 ok then here we go i bought a few more things to add to the list .new goodies HAMP oil filter/ chrome nuts for the rocker cover/ a F1 stage 2 cluch kit/ subaru turbo uprated alloy rad/ and a few more things that i will add wen i remember i painted the engine bay satin black (stone chip) to make the wires pipes and other bits and bobs blend in so that the chrome/red/and goldon the engine and other parts realy stand out so far i am realy pleased with how its turned out .had a couple ov issuse that need sorting other than that its been fun to do and in the end so rewarding to see a clean bay .so heres a few pics a few pics ov the tired valves polly D bush i also had the fly wheel skimmedthats it for pics so far i will post more as i go .couple ov things to do is make pipe work for radiator/ make spacer for down pipe and a couple other things to .so wot do you peeps think so far Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

shebabby Posted February 5, 2012 Author Share Posted February 5, 2012 thanks lads it has been cold but worth every minute as for the scooby rad i did order one for the civic from ebay but they sent me this one !at first i spat the dummy out but then thought f#ck it .the rad i orderd was £89 and the scooby rad was £169 so that was goodenoughfor me. also they come with low power slimline fans civic rad (one) fan/ scooby rad (two) fans plus will make the engine run cooler with all the paint on it Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

shebabby Posted February 7, 2012 Author Share Posted February 7, 2012 iv not let the snow put me off and got a bit more done tonight !i managed to get the filler neck welded to the radiator today also sourcing some coolant hoses .and cut the peice out ov the cross member for the rad cap to fit .and finaly i painted vti on the rad as i couldnt help my self heres a few pics .i know its not perfect but you wont see it for the two front mounted fans Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
