adrian83 Posted September 19, 2009 Author Share Posted September 19, 2009 Plans are slowly but surely coming together, picking up a strut for it tomorrow.trying to do things as cheaply but nicely as possible (girlfriend is up the duff)but car will still have a new toy every month...hopefully!!!looking to get rid of the 17's and go down a size to something a little more comfortable 17's are over-rated me thinks!so:things that i want to be donenegative cambers.dropped 20-30mm on 16" white compomotive 5 spokes with a red rim rocker cover done in red with white honda writingsplitfire leads & plugsred dizzy capcold air piping in redcalipers done in redJDM oil filler capone daycar resprayed in redflushed tailgate de-lockednow the sad partThings that need to be done:rubber bushescv boots and jointsTrackingAnybody know if the boots and joints are difficult to replace.Plenty of plans but limited cash flow...typical Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

uzy Posted September 20, 2009 Share Posted September 20, 2009 looks good mate. like the plans for the car.for the camber part. camber is like a supermodel, it looks good and makes everyone jelous but it a biatch to live with! i have some crazy camber on my car and i go through tyres like i can afford it but unfortunatly i cant. but i do put up with it. moral of the story is, just go for a wee bit of camber. . . enough to make people say 'is that a little camber on that', not, 'jumping jahozafax(or however you spell it)!!!! thats bad a$$ camber!!' and cant wait to see the car as it tranforms! adrian83 Posted October 5, 2009 Author Share Posted October 5, 2009 UPDATE: strut has now been sprayed in red and ready to go onAlso managed to pick up a teg type r spoiler, got that sprayed in white too, only problem was i needed to get the paint made up in halfords as they didnt have my white in stock but that took 5 minutes. (no dramas)The spoiler has now been sprayed and looks the muts.unfortunately i need to find my usb cable for my phone to upload photos but i will do when i find the dam cable. argh!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!wont be long.....one hopes!!!
