megamitzmb6 Posted October 2, 2009 Share Posted October 2, 2009 thought i'd better post up my build thread finallybought the car back in march 2008 and slowly started getting it to where it is todayas i bought her totally standard apart from front tintsthen a full service with a few choice parts to help her alongmagnecor igntion leadsngk iridium spark plugsnew timing belt and tensionerk & N panel filter, resonator removedHAMP oil filterGear box and engine oil changednew regi platestype-r rocker cover, with all new gaskets, bolts and sealsintegra type-r strut braceek9 shifterek9 gearknobrear wiper deletedtenzo rear lower tie barmg zs 180 Anti roll bar and polyflex bushes to tighten the back up a littlehttp://i305.photobucket.com/albums/nn205/megamitzmb6/DSC00096.jpg' alt='DSC00096.jpg'>new wheels were next up1st set 96spec integra in standard white formthen i got a bit wild have got some freshly refurbed in a wild bluedidn't like these so purchased a set of fresh sprint hart cp's in 15" along with some parada spec 2's and black ultralite internal drive nutsi also decided to change the gearbox for a civic type-r s4c with lsd also put a new oem honda clutch and fidanza lightened flywheelthat mod was prob the best ive done so far the acceleration was so much better.soon after that i purchased some kyb agx adjustable shocks and some eibach springs along with genuine spoon front strut braceset the suspension to very stiff and off i went round the corner at warp speedthen after now taking the corners to fast and falling out my seats, i managed to get a hold of some evo 5 recaros with mb6 rails already attched also added some new door cards found in the scrappies to match the colour of the seatsgot some new stuff waiting to go onp72 ecuek9 cams and cam gearsdual springs & retainersek9 2.5" exhaust manifold6k HID's 2.5" > 2.25" decatwill get some more up to date pics on asap, car has also been clay barred twice and laods of coats of poilsh and wax put oncar has been dynoed @ 185 bhp @ the fly and run 1/4 mile in 14.9 seconds @ 94.1mph Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
