oil smell

Not really i have a Universal at the moment does allow the engine to breath more freely + you may smell it more as its not covered by an air box (unless its the panel your talking about) in which case no shouldnt make a difference what sort of filter cone or panel?

Crank gas sludge is a Normal thing its supposed to happen so if you do find Sh1te in there just degrease and whipe out the piping and the throttle body and put it back together.

Yeah my sump is soggy as s**t! I used to notice it a lot when stationary there are some holes in the cars bodywork next to and below battery, so I guess they will allow a bit of engine smell through? Mine are blocked off to try and reduce cab noise and I don't seem to get the problem of smelling fumes anymore. Not sure if there anything in that but just tryin to help!

thanks for the help not seen any oil on floor will have a look at sump as for the holes do u mean the one with the rubber pipe what comes out near heater box ?
