this is what i would do and i have done most of these on my MB6

service 1ST ( & check all bushes in the suspension )

MGzs dampers,

MG arb

eibach springs,

skim disks ( or new disks )

good pads esp for the ring u will need some thing like DS3000 or mintex 1155 or F stuff please not fast road they will go off too quick on the ring ( add some ducting if you can to front disks )

new brake fluid ( braided lines if poss ( itr lines )) brake stopper

geo set

tyres ( go for 15" more feel and you can get them cheaper so can get 4 ) i run toyo

take weight out for the trip well back seats

then braces as in lower front H brace, rear strut and C piller

any cash left then itr air box and exhaust with decat

NO POINT IN POWER WITH OUT CONTROL :lol:

if you do it right you will under cut and out brake other stuff

ps i did hear from a lad who had the MGZS that rover and eibach devloped the std springs and dampers at the ring i do not know how true that is but they are better so who knows :roll::roll::roll::roll:

and these cars are very good at control just the gear box that lets them down on track :cry: needs a 6 speed box :roll: ( teg 1 to 5 and then our 5th ) lol

sorry off topic do thouse bits 1st unless some cheap bits come up i guess but you need very good pads a mate did a set of nasty cheap pads in 2 sessions at oulton park down to the metal in an mr2 and his brakes where fading after 4 laps so good pads and tyres
