NIKH25 Posted July 12, 2012 Share Posted July 12, 2012 Another vote for mgzs suspension and arb (doesn't matter the year as long as it's the v6 180) match up with good springs (Eibach).Also would go for brakes and a good service, you won't get much more power from it without serious spending (remapping) so chassis upgrades to make the most of what you have. RobE84 Posted July 12, 2012 Author Share Posted July 12, 2012 right went to get more prices...front eibach disc and redstuff pads €230...40mm lowering springs €160 de-cat €40exhaust manifold €160skunk2 intake manifold €290so not much change out of a grand...would it be worth changing the rear disc as well???and trying to find a breaker with mgzs ARB... RobE84 Posted July 12, 2012 Author Share Posted July 12, 2012 yeah the lads all went in april.. 2 of the cars are from the north... so its dublin - holyhead, 6.5hrs across the uk, into the tunnel the 4 hrs in europe... the m5's were getting about 22mpg... 335i was getting close to 30mpg and Lexus ISF did 35mpg... so lets see how it goes... there is usually a lot of serious machines brought over...
