Raz s Posted February 2, 2013 Share Posted February 2, 2013 Mine had a similar noise turned out to be the plastic fuel filler cover in the rear pass wheel arch. The top plastic push in screws had broken and it was hanging down so that got cable tied back up Seemed to solve it.Love the volvo mate! as said above the early front end looks soooo much better. And the best thing is that there is room to do almost anything in engine bay. Once removed 240 head in a middle of a field during winter after cambelt failure.
