Maybe it's because your car is black haha. You could be right Philip! It's only a little dent on the bumper strip. It looks like it been caught on something? And I forgot to mention when I taken the original headlights out, the plastic backing of the headlight was cracked with a broken bottom mount. So probably some point in it's life it had a few bumps.
