KiNK43
i fitted one front coilover tonight. took about half an hour. its on the lowest setting as it is. but i dont think its low enough.i believe if i remove the small helper spring i should have around 1.5" more adjustment. i guess thats why they design them like that.also strange i found that the eg top mounts that came with them have a different thread so my MB6 nuts didnt fit, meaning i had to disassemble and put MB6 top mounts on with the new bushes.looks more or less same as before... KiNK43
can get the rings if needed at camskill also the spring helpers add approx 30 ib to the spring rates Oh nice very useful thanks. I may have to break the last one off. And replace it then. The helper springs are really soft. I've decided to leave them on anyway. Now its settled sits really nice. Both fronts are on now and I'm really happy. Damper adjustment makes such a difference. So comfy and quiet then tweak them and the become insanely firm. Need to get the rears on and rta bushes then have a play with settings. Welder has looked at the damage too. He's gonna do it next week for me. Nowt to worry about apparently. Phew. noodels
Would increase rear toe now if using poly,as oem Designed Stability Minimized due to stiffer bushing tbh would go for oem or hardrace RTA

KiNK43
To be honest I am excited to get polies on. Standard rta's are awful. ,cornering is hurrendous can feel the sloppyness of the back end wiggling around.Gonna get an alignment and probably set the rear dampers a bit stiffer than the fronts. Hopefully have a little bit of oversteer when cornering hard. That's how I like it!

noodels
wouldnt be RTAs then as not reasponsable for lateral movement,be the rest of your bushes are s**gged out as ITRs are even softer RTAs and is said to handle very well
