Krzys
Quick question really. On my MB the front wing bolts that go in each end of the bumper up into the wing have been replaced with a random nut and bolt. This does the job but it annoys me as it's a fiddly job to remove/replace them when dealing with removing/refitting the bumper! Now I bought some replacement bolts but there's nothing on the wing for the bolts to grip. So my question is, was it just a nut and bolt affair before hand or was there something attached to the inside of the bolt hole on the wing?

Krzys
Cheers fellas! I'm hoping it's something I can order rather than needing a pair of wings to sort, though one has a small dent on the top of it so there's an excuse for one! casasteve
Always an excuse. I keep looking at the little dent on my boot lid, and the tiny paint chip next to it and pondering a new boot lid
Grant
Pretty sure it's just a little plastic recess mate that the screw goes into!

NIKH25
I had a quick look and I think you're right, I couldn't see properly without detaching the arch liner which would mean jacking it up and I cba just now.
