Of course it's worth a go if that's what you want to do you may have better luck than me. But I've been there done that with these adaptors and using an obd reader. Just doesn't seem to work.
I assume honda have a specific tool for the obd1 cars.
Can use the bridge method of course.

Just thinking of getting one of these. Would their be a big difference on getting one of these for the price
If the engines modified then it will help you get the best of it with a remap.
On a stock engine not really much power to be had. But being able to plug in and change launch control settings or make pops and bangs and datalog etc may be of interest.

Holy smokes what a nightmare mate. Easily done I'd imagine but still.

Love it. I had one of the first jazz as a daily for a bit and I loved it tbh. Was great.

Yeah I bet..

I know. Irritates me. Just about money.
Would much prefer if he sticks a grand on the price and sells the car on for someone to enjoy.

Hondavert still available through dynodaze. Apparently a little more expensive than they were due to certain situations.

Unfortunately still getting the same issue and even worse now, despite starting fine this morning. Car drives fine once started but starting just isn't happening! Not sure what it could be now, had the immobiliser light flash a couple times too when taking key out and back in again which was an issue I had a few months ago, doubt it is connected but can't rule it out.
Looks like it'll have to go in to be looked at, maybe it wasn't the fuel after all but a big coincidence this only started after putting the E10 in!
Well I suppose be wise to check the basics first. Plugs and fuel filter serviced etc?

Yeah that's the absolute last time I'll be using it in mine, just had a right job getting it started once again, 4 or 5 attempts and had to dip right down on the throttle, not just tickle it, which obviously isn't good long term either.
On my way to brim it with E5 and hope that sorts it out with no lasting damage!
Report back. Be Interesting to know if your hard starting issue is resolved.

Nightmare especially with prices how they are. Any thing you can save is a bonus. But I hate using it in either of mine. Absolute last resort

That looks like a really nice little car for the money. Well done.
Try a liquid shoe polish like "kiwi" on the driver's seat will look mint after.

Yes meant lower, soz!!
Hmm dunno about the hondavert thing I can ask rich.
I know he was fitting alot of them as an alternative to hondata.

AHH poo! I really wanted to buy yours when I was looking. But you didn't seem quite ready to let go at the time.
Sad time

so everything is plug n play from ITR or EG just not sway bar?
Best off using EG kit
Theres a few different styles of droplinks and sway bar diameters hence you'll have to get what your car requires.
The only other difference is the bush on the rear arm for the shock absorber. It's narrower on mb than eg (it's the same as ek)
However you will be able to cut the eg bush down to size.
Or certain coilovers have a wider fork to accommodate either size bush.

Yes use either itr or eg.
Only the sway bar bushes differ

The wheels are speedline chronos.
The body kit is from mb6. But the VTiS model. Becoming difficult to find tbh.
