Im waiting to do the first drift vid lol got alot to do over the next month or 2 but at least its still gd weather at times hope it passes tomorrow!
-
i know and it takes 6.5 litres of oil! going to be expensive oil change but at least i can stick in 3 litres do a run around the road couple of times and drop the oil again Oh i noticed the door are so heavy! putting in perspex windows for sure!!
-
progress today: removed both fog lights, was a slight hassel but ok, change the drivers head light with a bit of fiddlin with the hid wires but i noticed some sort of plastic part between the bumber the inner arch and when look at it about 3 times its an brake air duct! never seen that before lol quite good. Thought id have a look at the spark plugs as for some reason he gave me only 5 new ones, well it wasnt too good!.. so i think thats either alot of mileage or the rings/stem seals are going, all 6 were like that Also looked for the asc traction control switch with no luck, battery was nearly dead so trusty civic jumped her to life and she ran much better with the new plugs, the oil is very black too!

i had an s14 years ago and it was good fun i wont lie but it they are at a stage now where u have to keep throwing money at them to be still good and once u start modding and go threw the sxoc for sale section thats it good bye girlfriend hahaha
-
it looked black, after that happened i kept reving it whilst on the move and it got less, think it needs a good service and it has been standing a while and also it has done alot of miles too. ill see what the mot throws up. Ok tom u find me a s13 bargain with no rust and ill buy it! but to make u happy im de-bimmering it, (so all badges off, non bimmer wheels, might even do a new grill ) also i need to find the traction control switch and turn it off! Got a chip in the drivers head light which will fail but it came with another in the boot and removing the fog lights.

I know tom, to be honest id rather have a s13/s14 again but the money they go for these days even in stock is a grand, i was going to buy a minter but buying this so cheap i can spend alot more on it and wont have to worry to much if i hit stuff in my noob drifting lol Ill have a look at that site now but i cant check it havent got the v5 yet darn! i am very excited about this, just have to sneak away at night from the missus to do work on it haha

Picking up a bmw E36 325 at the weekend, got big plans for her but as she current stands its not great, been standing a while now, no mot (ran out he says) or tax but i had a good look underneth and looks pretty gd actually, discs look a bit rusted, it has E46 wheels on it but he gave me the option of not having them so im not as i dont like them and the rubber is shot. Got a newish sub with mini amp but ill be selling that with the interior and after jump starting it, it ran quite smooth for 146k miles. Going to build it it on a budget. Plans are: get it mot'd new discs/pads completely strip it out front bucket seats 2.8 diff or a welded diff cheapy coilovers polybushed subframe modded front hubs with extended tie rods(coming soon) de-badge sort rear arches remove spoiler full exhuast system induction inlet strut braces possibly vinyl wrap or spray can jobby maybe roll cage ive got a set of s14 wheels i think i can use but might get some non bimmer wheels for drifting this is my first proper go at doing a drift car and its going to be fun and a gd learning curve for me so i hope u guys enjoy my progress with it, pics of her will come soon!! but heres the expired ebay listing: http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll? ... true&rt=nc

you get parinoid. i angled them so when i reached forward u can see the rim lip, i would do it for parking lol
-
well i had quite bad front scrape on the inner arches so unless u want to split those tyres id wouldnt drive it like it is, the view in ur mirror is amazing and when they are clean it turns lots of heads
-
wow its like looking at my car but its not mine lol look good man, just have to watch out for scrubbing now, you using front camber arms ? oh dont go near puddles, trust me u wont enjoy it!

i know lol looks so well normal to me, might have to get some more on the cheap, ebay specials maybe but does mean i can have the coilovers much softer which i kind of missed and sort of better than having rib cage rattled everytime i went over a stone! -
