Krzys
The Acclaim also holds the record for a British leyland car for never having a recall and the least ammount of warranty faults! There was only ever one fault, BL
Dave
Correct @dr broon as had it on our old website, but most it during the upgrade. I'm working on a new one so will upload it soon
Krzys
Funny story i heard once for the BL monster. When they were designing the new XJ6 Jaguar. The clay mold they shape the pannels sagged on its way across the factory and that's why the rear boot lid curves down! That does not surprise me one bit! Dave
Great bit of info Tom, especially showing how far back the Honda/Rover relationship goes. I was at college earlier when I replied but home now, so will have a look and see if I can find any of the Civic M/Rover 400 specific stuff I had from the last time. Had some early video footage of the pre-release civic aerodeck so would love to find that again and create a new page for us.
