marv
Hi guys, my deck had the classic heater fault only working on 3 and 4. Coming back from work this morning it's now just stopped working altogether. Would it just be the resistor that needs replaced? Any help would be appreciated. 0 kern
I would start with replacing the resistor 1st as its only a couple of quid for a new one!
0 dr_broon
I agree, but could be that the motor has gone.

0 Guest Luis
hello, you can test the fan by plugin 12v on cable conector... if runs its ok, and replace the relay, or if like open the fuse box and change the replay for the next on the fuxe box and run the engine... for best confidence test, plug 12v on wires connection abive the fan (unplug the wire fan cable the plug with 12v battery on that wires) if it spins theres ok... thats all, i hope it helps. best regards
0 Guest Ross Aerodeck
The resistor behind the glove box will be the problem. I got one from a Jap 3 door civic and noticed it's made with thicker metal than the British made ones. stuck that in and it's been fine ever since.
