Harness mounting points?

Question

Hi there guys, I was wondering, and this is probably a stupid question but I've been wanting proper bucket seats and a harness for sometime now, but just don't know a good mounting spot for the harnesses. Now what I've found is these two points that might be suitable, but I'm not sure. They are around shoulder height so that's good but I don't know if the points are adequately strong enough to hold the harnesses. I don't know if a harness bar is going to fit so I thought maybe these would do. Please help

Pretty sure that people have fitted harness bars before, but of the two points there, I'm pretty sure that the top one will be fairly weak as it's just for the trim, though the bottom one should be sturdy as that's where the rear seats latch onto.

Look into a proper harness bar though it is a safety thing after all.

Can anyone remember who has fitted harnesses before?

i've got a harness bar in mine with genuine Takata Harnesses wrapped around.

if you want to mount them to the chassis, use eyebolts and plates for the lower ones and use the original seatbelt mounts located on the rear bench

What he said, in the photo you posted the answers are no and no.

Also I wouldn't recommend harnesses without a roll cage for safety reasons.
