Creaking/squeaking noise when turning steering wheel - Civic MB1

Question

Hi everyone,
I'm very desperate and looking for some advice regarding a creaking or squeaking noise coming from the front wheel area of my car. The sound appears mostly when turning the steering wheel at low speeds, the faster i go the quiter the sound is. It also does when getting in/out of car or while lifting.

The both lower ball joints are recently replaced, so I believe they’re not the issue. I heared it could be top strut mounts, control arm bushings or sway bar links or maybe springs?

I’d like to hear some opinions before I start replacing other parts blindly.

Thanks in advance for any help or suggestions!

Only thing like that I've had any experience of has been ball joints... I went through a faze of my deck eating them for fun less than a year sometimes (from memory even 6 months, but it was a long time ago now).
