weetec Posted May 7, 2011 Share Posted May 7, 2011 hi guys, just a short message, teg gearboxes on a M aint worth it unless you own or have shares in a oil refinery...they make your car SUCK juice!!! (petrol)...if i hadent spent a fortune on mine i would of had sold it and gone back to a y21...besides the speed thrill dont really kick in until you get in 3rd gear. beastgtir Posted May 7, 2011 Share Posted May 7, 2011 depends man, s80 are a great mod as they dont drop out of vtec when shifting thru the range compared to stock s9b box.can imagine they are crap on a daily though, never hard a stock dc2 only a turbo uk type r, didnt even need to change out of 5th when driving about..
