Sega
Ive recently brought a strut brace that was fitted to a MB6 previously and most likely a Teg as it has the sticker on it.However having never had one before Im not sure how I go about fitting it, being that my car is a MA theres no indication on the car itself, heres a pic with it rested in place, if anyone knows and could post a decent pic of one fitted to a M it would be a massive help. beastgtir
where you got rested, there should be two bolts on each side sticking up.
Sega
Theres not on the MA, that why Im asking how to go about it, the MA unlike the MB6 wasnt intended to have anything like this. Is it supposed to be bolted to the metal or to the strut itself?
simpo
i dont think it will fit should bolt to the 2 bolts under the R sticker

johngreen537
It;ll fit mate, you'll have to drill the holes though! Not bolt on install unfortunately. Only ones that go on MA are the ones that bolt to the strut top bolts.
Sega
So I drill into the inner wings? And it still gives me the extra stiffness in corners?
Sega
Ive now seen how they fit on the MB6 but I still need a close up of the fitament on a MB6 so I know exactly what I need to do.Can anyone help me out with that?
bepilot
the pre-holes markings are normally there, just drill them and attach the bar with appropriate nuts'&'bolts as johngreen537 says. I'll try a pic tomorrow with the bar detached if you want.
