Finally decided to lower the deck :-)

Managed to get my hands on some 2nd hand Eibach lowering springs, they came with standard shocks and we didn't have a lot of time so just fit them as they were.

They've lowered it quite nicely but it feels softer than it did running the MG ZS set up....

Think we're going to swap the springs over to my MG ZS shocks to see if that firms it up a bit.

Noticed that half my bushes are on their last legs so gonna look at a full polybush setup in the new year.

That should firm it up a bit :-)

Also on the look out for some 16" wheels so i can get my new brakes on!

So if it's the eibach pro springs, I've got them, and had to upgrade the shocks as soon as.. The oem ones weren't up to the job.. Don't know if it was coz they were old or what, but the front end bounced all over the place especially with weight in the back.

Looks tidy mate .. Would defo make a difference with the MG shocks I would've thought !

Try Super flex for your bushes. Only ones that do them specifically for our cars !

I was looking at the strong-flex kit.  Less than £300 for everything delivered... not bad at all!

What shocks did you upgrade to out of interest?

Koni yellow adjustable - great shocks... problem is they give you a big drop at the front.  I ended up having to get some spacers to sit underneath the springs on the shock to lift it up a bit..

this was before and after the spacers.
