beastgtir
There is a great quote about the civic vt, think it was done around in 2001. read something like..'the type r's grandad and still very fast!'
civicturbo79
Well i had a bit more time today on the old girl . I started by cutting all the rust out of the inner arch on the n/s as there was an not so good plate already in there so i removed that as well and started again . Then i welded in the 2 new platesThere was a small plate needed on the back edge of the inner arch to with this plate welded that is one side totally finished , just got to seal it , spray seal in inner arch and the inner jacking point and floor and them loads of wax oil . Then i started on the o/s the inner arch has been placed before and in such a bad was the was about 10 tacks of weld holding the plate on and it was fibre glassed over , so all that has now been removed .Pictures with the inner arch plates removed .Rich.
