harVTEC
As above really.I have a question, I know on paper our VTEC is meant to engage at 2500 RPM in 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th and I belive 3000 RPM in 5th gear. However my ECONO light goes out (I'm guessing VTEC engages) whenever I floor it. No matter what RPM I'm at, does your's do the same? So even if I'm under the RPM band and floor it the light goes out.Does your's do the same?Cheers.harVTEC

When you push the accelerator down more no matter what rpm its at, eco turns off meaning it goes from 12 valve to 16 valve

WilkesyMB6
I noticed vtec doesn't work when cold, but I guess u know that?Thats because it works on oil temp and pressure, i think its 40 degrees it needs to be to engage.
