KiNK43
7 hours polishing today. great weather for it dry and overcast.literally put my cloth down and called it job done and it absolutely pisd it down for 5 mins max. just enough to make my days work a complete waste of time. not impressed.managed to get a reflection shot before it rained. gash camera dont do it justice. MEGA SHINY! used turtle wax colour magic and electric polisher. was real good. tried autoglym and just couldnt get a good result with it for some reason. johngreen537
lol, sponges are fine! Just use 2 buckets!1 for dirty water, one for clean soapy stuff! You get swirls usually by using dirty water from bucket, grit gets back onto sponge and light scratches create the swirls

johngreen537
Or pop to your local jet wash, then just go over it at home with detail spray like I do Saves ages
KiNK43
i decided to do some polyurethane filled engine mounts as my engine bobs about like a boat at sea.just started with the torque mounts as i believe they are the biggest culprit.used tiger window bond and so far so good. easy to work with just like silicone. keep layering it up.bit of advise wear gloves. i have had black hands for days now! not pretty.made a good difference though. gear changes are less jerky, pulling off much better too!little bit of vibration into the cab but not enough to concern me.heres the interior now too. i have MG ZS door cards and have painted the pillar trims black.doors dont quite match they are lighter but look tidy so will do for now. WilkesyMB6
Looks good mate, keep it up.Going back to washing the car, use two buckets and get yourself a washmit, it speeds up washing the car too i think. If you get one with a net on one side it helps get the flys off the car easier too!
