I want to fly eye tint my headlights also.what headlight bulbs are you using.are they brought enough at night through the tint?At moment i am using standard bulbs which were not bright enough before i filmed them LOL but i see on another thread chat about bulbs and have bookmarked them in ebay will link you them... LOL never answered your other question, no they do not really loose much brightness at all just the side,parking light bulb looks very dull but im gonna change that as well.
