MB3Matt
Hmmm, I might see if a garage will look at it quickly for free, see if they can tell me. God this car is p**sing me off. I'm trying to treat it to nice mods, and its kicking my wallet in.

Don't get disheartened, it's just wear and tear, you have to expect stuff like that when they get to this age and a garage should be able to diagnose it for you. And it could be worse, imagine if you'd bought a sh1tron.

Annoying but it's possible that they'd been split for a while before they were replaced and some crap got in there and has now worn the bearings. MB3Matt
Bummer. Hopefully its the outer again, as they're under warranty still being less than 12 months old.

Yes but it's only the boots, if they've split and caused the cv joint to wear prematurely then you'll have a case, if not then it's like I said, grit that got in when they were split and they won't entertain that.
MB3Matt
Hopefully. Might give them an email to see if they'll check which bit it is for free. Doubt it though. How long can the car run like this?
