Thought id post this up so people could see my old car that i built previous to my current white civic.

I built this car like me current one in a garage just up the road from my house. I spent around 6-8month stripping her down but i didnt strip all the suspension off,i just re-painted a few bits here and there,re-undersealed it all and fitted a 60k B18C4 lump id brought (the same engine thats in my current car) I then lowered her, fitted some wheels,Fitted a full VTI-S kit and a full exhaust and had the whole car re-sprayed blue.

I didnt go anywhere near the level of detail or attention that i payed to my new Civic but it still turned out pretty nice. Think ive still got a soft spot for that blue :)

As some of you will of already read - this is the one i crashed and then stripped for parts. the crash itself isnt what killed her.......there was something in the ditch that i put her in and it had eaten into the paint work :( The whole car would of had to been rubbed back to bair metal to get rid of it and then re-sprayed again! this wasnt a option........AND SO CAME THE IDEA TO BUILD MY CURRENT CIVIC :)

Very nice car that, must've been gutting after all that work.

I was devastated :( nearly decided to pack in the whole car scene all together! But I decided to do one more car and then that would be it for modding cars - so I when't all out.....

Looked nice, exactly same rims as my old ones

As u can see I completely mullerd one of the rims in the crash,I was hoping on getting a replacement and fit them to my current build but you can buy them any where anymore :(

That took a bit of a hit then!

:(

I was going round a right hand fast bend at about "60" and under steered into the kerb, the left front wheel got hit on the spokes and it snapped every single one!! The reason the wheel is so far into the arch is because the outer part of the wheel wasn't even connected to centre bit that's bolted to the hub...... Missed a tree by inches!

I was gutted! :( just left it on my drive for about 6 months and didn't touch it. Finally stared stripping her in 2011 and 2 years on I now have the white one :)

Ouch, all the spokes  , sounds like you were quite lucky then.

All of em! If u look in the dark pictures u can see the grass wrapped around the middle part of the hub and what's left of the spokes (about 20mm)

Yeh was pretty lucky, the car obviously shot left as soon as the wheel broke, couldn't stop it diving in the ditch though.didnt hit anything luckily just the damage from the impact and when it slid into the bank :(

You live and learn! (Don't drive aggressively after falling out with your miss's) !!!
