Roylewaa Posted September 13, 2013 Share Posted September 13, 2013 Right, getting slightly fed up of this car at the moment, a new problem has presented itselfDrove to my mums on Monday, all good running perfect, put it in the garage and has been there until tonight Started it up, was idling a little higher than normal at 2k so I thought, ok it's on chokeDriving alone engine gets up to temp however idle is now bouncing between 1-2k Gets it on the drive and idle is still bouncing away like a goodunStarted up an hour later, idle is now terrible, all over the place with cutting out now thrown in, and now accompanied by the engine management lightI did unplug the sensor on the intake pipe while it was running so don't know if that had caused the eml?Any help would be great as I'm now tearing my hair out with it:(Thanks in advance Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

KiNK43 Posted September 14, 2013 Share Posted September 14, 2013 Vac leak is a good shout. Have you checked your code yet? Hopefully iat if you unplugged it. There's a number of little vac Lines to check around the intake. Fuel regulator, charcoal canister system which goes to the throttle body.
