Looking good mate!! Yeah, VOSA wont help you out if you get the car fixed or changed in anyway after you have a problem, as they cant re-test it if its fixed, if that makes sense...

At least its sorted now mate!! ;)

Its hard to tell if the nology hotwires have made much difference as I fitted them at the same time as doing the service etc.

Every little helps.

They cost me £0 :D

I'm on a mision to rob as many parts off my brothers 1.6 vti eg civic, in return he wants a new gear knob for his new car, his BMW E36 M3.

When we fitted the adjustable fuel pressure regulator & fuel pressure dial it was priming at 41psi and running at 51psi. We uped it 3 or 4 psi. Not sure if its made much difference.

Stuart aka Stubrun

EG fat fives are not for sale.

So far i'm planning on robbing from my brother EG 1.6 vti:

Leather gear knob gater with red stiching to match the MB6 wheel.

Skunk2 gear knob

V-tec controler (if it will work with my engine)

x2 Toyo T1R's

x2 Toyo T1S's

Koni shocks n springs

Spare b18 rocker cover, I'm going to see if I can get it painted pirates black

Also i need to find out if the hubs and wheel bearing from the EG will fit. If so i'm planning on fitting the fat fives painted pirates black.

Some small changes

De-badged the rear and put a red honda badge.

New reg plates with lettering in carbon fiber and "dohc vtec" at the bottom.

Fitted the skunk2 gear knob.

Fitted a brand new air filter as old one was past it.

Used some 10k boost the clear crap from engine etc.

Also fitted some new headlight & side light bulbs, cant remember the name of them.
