Just been reading the Haynes manual ahead of when it comes to bleeding my brakes and found something interesting about the sequence for bleeding the brakes.

I was always told to start furthest away from the master cylinder.

TBH though as long as you go round again after you've done a full circuit and there's no air coming out and you have a solid pedal then all should be well.

Yeah just thought it was interesting what the book says, my dad reckons it'll be because it uses a split system for the brakes?

Hmmm seems the kit is probably as important as the order you do it in. The two pipes keep coming apart just as the pedal firms up, so once that's happened it feels like it's back to square one!

First time I've ever done this so I'm weary of getting it right!

Like Haynes the aerodeck workshop manual available here from the site gives instructions to bleed in this order: front left, front right, rear right, rear left. However the notes says this is for LHD models, for RHD it's symmetrical... what ever that means in this instance.
