Can't open drivers door

Went out to my car this afternoon and can't unlock or open the drivers door once I climbed in through the boot I tried pulling the door snib and handle but it won't open. Feels like it's not operating at the door latch. Can't really remove door are either. Anyone any suggestions?

The other day I had some wd40 and decided to spray it down the side of the door by the latch. Yesterday whilst driving in slow traffic I decided to have ago at opening from the inside (been doing this anytime I get stuck in traffic lol) and it opened gave the whole latch area another good soak with wd and all seems well!

it might be stuck on something or the clip on the handle?

One of the tabs that holds the handle on is broken,has been for a while. I might have to break it off or see if I can look in and see if anythings stuck. I have a spare handle if I do have to break it lol

ye that sounds about right mate, take handle off and pull the linkage and it should open

My passenger door on coupe wouldn't open yesterday from inside or out ! Put the window down and it let me unlock!! Very odd

ye that seems very odd :/ maybe the catch was caught and when you opened it it flicked it back on?

That's what I thought hopefully stays working as don't think it'll look good my mrs jumping over drivers seat every time she needs to get in or out lol
