  1. Hi, I've managed to find these fog lights that seem quite rare and I was hunting for a while. However I am happy with the find, they require some repairs and I can't seem to find a way to open them, not even to change a bulb. So, I was wondering if anyone here knows their way around these fog lights that could help me. PS: Ignore the side markers on the attached photo. Best Regards, Rui Nunes

  2. Finally!! Custom headgasket turned up. Couldn't wait to make some progress so soon as home from work got setup and fitted the ARP headstuds and the headgasket. Torqued in 3 stages to 80 ft lb. Recon can wrap this up over the weekend

  3. I'm planning on doing this myself (from D14Z4 to D16W4). As far as i can tell and from what i've researched, as both cars are OBD2a, the D16 ECU should just plug straight in. If the OBD differs then it gets complicated with immobilisers etc. The engine harness I have from the D16 should plug in at the strut towers like you say, but as the D14 doesnt have VTEC and the D16 does, I'll need to run 2 wires from the strut tower plugs to the ECU for the VTEC solenoid and knock sensor. If you're going to reuse your D14 engine harness then i believe you'll need to do as here: https://www.clubcivic.com/forum/threads/how-to-wire-vtec.166626/ When I get round to sorting mine out (don't hold your breath anytime soon however, this projects very slow moving!!) i'll post a step-by-step up.

  4. So an update from talking to an injector repair place, apparently the e10 makes a plastic filter inside the injector disintegrate, which then blocks the injector. Rubbish.
