Another vote for the MG ZS set up, will do what you want it to! Rear parking 'sensor' for the win!

Nice one Dave!

Thanks Sue! Hopefully Jonny will be able to sort something out so you don't have to

vtec engagement it's been covered a million times

He said off the shelf though, H time modify which isn't the same thing. Heard a few bad things about their base maps but that said, you're not meant to use them for anything more than getting to the tuner to have it mapped properly. -
The soft pedal I was having it seems was down to the discs and pads being brand new plus the pads are Brembo which are soft anyway. This was my first time doing this sort of job and I've stripped the whole lot down and replaced it all except the calipers which were sent off for refurbishment.

Wow lots gone into it!

Might just feel different for having different parts on, well I hope that's the case! -
Good stuff!

Yeah same ECU on all the standard C4 engines. VTEC kicks in at 4.4k rpm and IABs around 6k rpm. Reasons it won't engage as I'm sure you are aware are oil levels or a duff solenoid. Mods most on here do to make it louder are to remove the resonator below the airbox - You'd need to remove the bumper to access this. Fit an induction kit or open air filter, I find the whales pen1s intake made the best noise but heat soaks like it's going out of fashion! Hope this helps! -
Hope it helps mate! Fingers crossed!

I think you might be able to tell if you remove it, not sure how much you can see just pulling the carpet back.

Haha! Yeah I was wanting an EP3 last year but somehow ended up with the VTi-S, now my EP3 itch is back but I've got a lot in the MB6 in terms of money, time and effort! Plus I can't even think about saving towards changing cars until I come back from America and it'll be Christmas a few weeks later so I think it'll be next year easily!

MB2 TRINITY D. K26. 23/11/14 BRAND NEW MINI MOD ????????
Krzys replied to DAVEMB2's topic in Honda Civic MA/MB/MC
I travel both north and south But nobody cares -
Yeah I would check those two parts, mine wouldn't knock on every bump weirdly but generally speed bumps etc. Swapped for an MGZS ARB which cured some knocking, RTA bushes helped more but fitting the coilovers made it go away.
-
Yeah I've driven them before as my older brother used to have one plus he did mine years at a Honda main dealer so have a fair bit of knowledge but wouldn't claim to know all there is to know! Just feel like it might be better suited to my needs as they're changing currently, will see how the cycling goes and how money is after America!

Nice! Colour looks odd but will be good once you dye it.

Same as the above, leave it black! -
Bummer about that but at least you managed to get one in the end, they say if you want it done right you have to do it yourself! I spent most of yesterday looking at EP3's online!
-
It'll either be drop link on the ARB if you have one, trailing arm bush or a bush that sits at the top on the rear damper, mine turned out to be all three!
-
Nice one Tom, I think if we give Jonny time to confirm what's happening it's only fair.

Pedal is fine now it's all bedded in mate, the handbrake itself is sh1t.
