very nice deck mate, headlights look good, gotta say best ones ive seen done, and the yellow foggys down below look sweet. did you just buy yellow tint film for them or did you buy yellow foggies? there on my to do list!

but then this afternoon, i noticed that when i bought the car 4 weeks ago i didnt get the locking wheel nut remover bolt thingy. so i took down to a specialist and there gonna have to drill them out! sucks big time! but kinda glad im getting it sorted now cause i got suspension arriving tomorrow and wheels wednesday so all comes together nice!

so, got some nice new shiny metal bits today [img] a nice new red aluminum rear lower strut brace and some lovely blue rear lower control arms

Will do buddy, I receive them Thursday, there second hand, found them on civiclife. There 16" white rota grid. I'm hoping those will go well with my blue car and blue extended wheel nuts. Also waiting on my coilovers, blue rear lower control arms and I think a red lower rear strut brace. Should hopefully be here by next weekend, then the fun starts!

Any1 know what size and thread our wheel nuts are?? I'm looking for a nice blue or red set to go with my nice white rota grid wheels I just bought, hopefully getting them Thursday so wouldn't mind some new nuts too.

Il probs get the pics up at the weekend now, as I am picking up some full leather front seats tonight and fitting them to so won't have time tonight. But I was wondering, im gonna have 2 pretty good condition, I'd give them 8/10, half leather front seats. I'm not selling them, but there free if any one wants them? I don't know if I'm allowed to say this in here, so sorry mods if I've broken the rules. But yea there free, you just have to collect.

Next up is a custom induction kit and coilovers. Don't which one will be first cause I gotta do some spraying on the custom induction pipe but it's gonna look nice!

Done my first mod today. Got some clear indicator lights off eBay for £9.50 off a rover, easy to fit and looks so much better than those orange things that were on the side of my car.

55w pro max kit it is then. Another item to add to my shopping list.

I think I might go for the 55w pro max kit then, there £137.95. Which I think is pretty good price, you improve your vision at night by 400% and the kit is designed so it doesn't blind the other drivers, unlike the eBay ones.

So, today I phoned up hids 4 u today, have been thinking about getting a set but I know they won't pass the mot. There sales rep said that there kit uses anti glare bulbs, there very safe for the other drivers and Won't blind them like the cheap and nasty £25 eBay ones. Also there plug and play so you easily change them over when mot time comes. Any1 had any experience with these or are running them?

thats a bargain for those lights mate. i want to do the exact same, get a spair pair and and mod them, get some hid projectors in there and black them out!

cheers mate, the guy said he had it up a few times on ebay but got silly offers of £1000 for it and never sold it so he put it up one last time and luckily my car sold so i was up the next day on the train, was well worth it!

yea it does, if you grind that square welded nut off, then all you need is a hardened steel bolt (can get from most hardware stores) to go through and a nut on the end, job done.

done the oil change today. drained out the old oil, absoultley black horrible stuff! got me some nice new golden oil in there now

thtas on the list for next year when hopefully il being going for some stage 2 cams with new titanium valves and retaining springs, some adjustable cam gears and a new skunk intake manifold.

cheers mate, thats what i thought too, no rust anywhere and i honestly couldnt find one cheaper with less miles, the only thing that was a pain was the 4 hour train trip up to get. i hate public transport!

cheers man, was trying to vtec cold but wouldnt let me. and cheers for that info on the coilies, doesnt the ek ones have a problem with a top mount bolt bolt not being to long or something, probs just go for eg ones.

Opie oils have got postage for £1 at the moment i got a 5litre of 10w 40 oil in the shed that i havent touched, just need a filter. get that from euro car parts or something. cheers though tom

Rear lower eg & dc2 fit mate! As for rear upper not 100% sure! cheers for that info got my first wedding anniversery coming up in feb, so the misses wont let me buy anything till after it so im just get a list of eveything ready to order in march!
