  1. Cheers guys, appreciate the comments. So I just went and picked up a skunk2 pro series intake manifold for £180. Sticking it on tomorrow!
  2. Cheers buddy, yup got a few things in store. I've got some yellow foggys for the front and kinda putting together a Frankenstein pipercross viper setup, hopefully should finish it all over the bank holiday weekend. Then next thing will be a new intake manifold! Then some skunk 2 stage 2 cams, a VTEC controller and remap, aiming for 200bhp!

  6. Yea was a bit lucky! But so annoyed. Was probs my 1st car without any dents or big scratches and now it has
  7. It did suck big time but yea at least I wasn't under it, could of been worse. I've raised my car slightly higher now so I can get the big jack under it. Cheers buddy, dials are amazing at night, love them and I'm getting the carbon fibre surround for the dials on Monday so will update Monday.
  8. just changed the plugs, went for denso twin tip sport ones,
  9. yea i think they were about £40, but i like them, had them on previous cars. there not to bright, i had a set on my toyota mr2 turbo and they dazzled me! yup those jacks are pure s@@t, i launched mine accross a few gardens after the incident!
  10. havent been on here for a bit, havent had much time but thought id pop on with a few updates. so tonight i fitted some glow dials and i actually have a pic! i really like them! so a few more updates but no pics yet cause my car is filthy and i aint had the time! i bought this brake set up off ebay for £169 all vented and drilled discs with mintex pads, fitted them last friday and gotta say very good brakes! now the bad update! while i was jacking up the car, cause i had it ridiculous low i had to use the jack out the boot, i literally jacked it up so the wheel was just off the ground then i was removin g the wheel so i could get my axle stand under and boom the damn stupid jack slipped offat this point the wheel was half and half under the wing and the car crashed down on top of it! my wing was up higher than the bonnet lol! was crazy but managed to hammer it back in to shape but still got a few lil dings in it and some paint missing. will try and get some new pics up and hopefully you all like the dials!
  11. So I finally fitted the rear lower control arms, look pretty decent. The rear strut lower strut brace that I bought doesn't fit, so I gotta modify it and should work. Will get pics up tomorrow. Just took it out for a little drive and it's amazing the change the suspension has made! It eats up the corners now.
  12. Cheers guys, thanks very much.
  13. Cheers guys, much appreciated!
  14. Cheers buddy, il have to have a lil look for your build and check it out! We got the same wheels?? I'm thinking about black in future but loving the white right now!
  15. Cheers buddy! Coilovers are good, so easy to adjust, previous owner copper greased them, they can go another 50mm lower at least! There for an eg. As far as handling, I haven't drove it yet, couldn't get it off my drive cause the mud guards were scraping so there coming off Monday! Will do a big update Monday!
  16. No idea what brand, you can find them on eBay for about £400 I think, I got these off dude for £200, only done 1000miles and there quality, dampening adjustable! And the wheels are rota grids, not rays! They do need a refurb and the wheel nuts are d1 spec nuts.
  17. and now lowered! [img] more photos on monday when i finish it, sort it all out and clean it!
  18. so hers a before pic and now heres an after with the wheels on
  19. Ok, so everything arrived and I just spent the last 3 hours fitting it. I will hopefully get some at least 1 picture up tomorrow for you all, I say hope cause I'm away tomorrow from 10ish for the weekend so it probs will be Monday and I also Got some adjusting to do and some grinding to do to to finish it all off! But it is nice and low and looking sweet.
  20. Thank you all. The foogys i just yellow tint film them with a lot of pacience, they are too small and the film i got is too stiff. The healights where brand new oem Honda when i bought here from the Honda dealer ship, and the inside job was made by a friend. Yea those headlights do look brand spanking new! Nice job with the foggys, I'm looking at getting some yellow ones or some great big huge ones! Keep up the good work
  21. Here's the bolts you need, next day delivery. http://item.mobileweb.ebay.co.uk/viewit ... 3334762595 You don't need anything apart from 2 spanners really mate, all your doing is chopping the welded nut off the metal plate and then replacing it with the above or similar. It's pretty simple, but you might get lucky if the rear suspension has been done recently.
  22. Know exactly what you mean, but it's getting sorted now. and then tomorrow night hopefully get the suspension all fitted.
  23. nice looking civic there buddy and some good first mods to. the rear bolts are a pain, on both my previous civics they sheared off. if it does shear off, on the other side there is a welded nut. you need to cut that off. i use a grinder with a 1mm disc, cuts through it like butter and then once you've cut that off you pop the rest of the bolt out and job done. not to sure what size bolt and nut you need, i think its m8 or an m10. hope that helps.
